Bassflute Basin

High Five ( but I missed 😞) The print turned out well, I think. It came out how I expected it too but I found the process of folding it difficult, most likely the material.  I had to make some very important adjustments. I need to make the stand larger to support the body, and be prepared to bend the actual fingers properly with full copper. I'm happy with how it came out though, it's not perfect, and it's not making the right pose I wanted it to, (In fear of it breaking off, cause it's so stiff!) I think the main idea worked, and I'm happy to now have someone to high-five when I'm bored and by myself fhdjkfdh.  

 Lazer Cutout I thought this process was fairly simple; I didn't have to add any outer flaps because they were already at the bottom. Making the crease lines had the same process as the one I had to do in a previous class. It was fun to redo this, though, and to make sure I had a fitting page! As a fun tidbit, I made the rendered texture more blue-ish green to give off that oxidized copper look (even though I know our copper won't oxidize) :0

  ☝  Trying to figure out a folding method to make these paper sheets work is tough, but I wanted to do a geometric hand shape that might turn out well. It's not the most accurate, but I love the geometric nature of it all, and using copper, I think it would look cool. I still need to work on it to make it just right. Bend Command go Brrrr

  Weird stand I made this stand for the first assignment Trying to figure out a way to make an interesting object while still being able to unroll it I also attempted to make a paper dragon for this project, and here it is! But I couldn't unroll it easily (Or if it was even possible!), so I redid the project with the weird stand instead.
